First Tuesday

  • Glasgow Toastmasters - It is one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself. We are a friendly bunch from all walks of life who meet every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesday of the month to practice public speaking and gain the skills to become a great leader!

First Wednesday

  • Glasgore (Horror/cult film discussion group) - This group exists to link Horror and Cult cinema fans! We hold a discussion group on this topic on the first Wednesday of every month in the Glasgow GFT (Rose St). The group meets at 6.30pm in the upstairs bar in the GFT for drinks and to chat about Horror and Cult cinema!

  • Club Cabaret at Arta, 8pm - Join us for our monthly variety show & club night, featuring a huge roster of deliciously decadent cabaret including burlesque, magical illusion, eclectic ensemble acts and rip roaring live music.

  • GFT Glasgore Horror/Cult Film Discussion Group - This group meets on the first Tuesday of every month in the GFT Project Room to discuss horror and cult cinema. Meet other genre fans in a friendly atmosphere to exchange thoughts and opinions about your favourite flicks.
  • Allsorts Cabaret (Twitter) at Katie's Bar, 8pm - Allsorts Cabaret is an exciting, experimental monthly cabaret that encourages new and diverse acts. Hosted by Markee de Saw and Innocence Bliss!
  • Python Glasgow at Babbity Bowster, 6pm - Python Glasgow meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Usually.

Second Wednesday

  • GFT Film Discussion Group - This group meets on the second Wednesday of each month in the GFT Project Room to discuss blockbusters and arthouse movies. Led by film writer Eddie Harrison.
