Proposals

  • 11 Oswald Street, Glasgow - Demolition of building and erection of hotel, serviced apartments or residential development, and other associated works.
  • 23 Burghhall Street, Glasgow - The site is located at 23 Burgh Hall Street and extends to 0.16 hectares. The site is currently occupied by a single-storey red brick and harled render warehouse, it is proposed that this will be demolished.
  • King Street Car Park - Vengada Estates Limited proposes to submit a Planning Permission in Principle (PPP) application to Glasgow City Council for a mixed-use development on the site bounded by Osborne Street (North), King Street (East), Bridgegate (South) and Stockwell Street (West). We have referred to the site as King Street Car Park for the purposes of this consultation. This presentation has been prepared as part of the pre-application consultation for the proposed development.
  • 225 Bath Street, Glasgow - Following engagement with Glasgow City Council this website and ‘virtual’ exhibition outlines our plan to sensitively redevelop 225 Bath Street, from an under-utilised 1970’s office building into high-quality Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). This will help meet the demand for quality accommodation for Glasgow’s growing student population and reduce pressure on local housing for residents in other areas of the city.
  • Pacific Quay - A residential scheme of 203 dwellings arranged in a collection of building elements to create an intimate community that exists synonymously with Festival Park.
  • 200 Broomielaw - A major remodel delivering 79,300 sq ft of exemplary light filled, efficient workspace to suit the evolving needs of the modern office occupier
