Was situated on Alexandra Parade.
Used as a filming location for the movie Trainspotting.
It was home to WASPS Artists’ Studios circa 1988 until 2003.
Converted into a Dell Call Centre early in 2005.
The building was designed by architects Elder and Cannon.
