Basement bar, open noon - midnight, Monday - Saturday, 1pm - midnight on Sunday. Food is served from noon - 3pm 7 days, 3pm - 8pm snacks are served.
Deals: 4 pint pitcher of lager for £5 on Sunday afternoons.
Briefly changed it's name to The Cellars in September 2005, but changed back to Brunswick Cellars within the month. It has also, in 2006, been rebranded to Underground at the Cellars.
Originally and until circa 2001, Brunswick had very little electric lighting and the only illumination came from candles on the tables and set on the floor and walls, a lot more electric light was introduced when the bar was refurbished that year.
