Tchai Ovna (literally: "Tea House") is a secluded, bohemian café at the end of Otago Lane near Kelvinbridge. It serves over eighty different types of tea from around the world, coffee if required and a selection of vegan and vegetarian snacks. You can also hire or buy a Shisha (bubbling water pipe) through which flavoured and aromatic tobacco is smoked.
