I've been hearing conflicting reports about where the St. Andrew's Hall once stood. Some sources say The Royal Concert Hall was built on the ruins of St. Andrew's Hall and others saying The Mitchell Theatre was built on the grounds of the old St. Andrew's Halls. I'll look into this more as soon as I get some time.

Yep, looks like a mistake. The Royal Concert Hall was built as a replacement venue after the fire that destroyed St. Andrew's Hall but is not on the same grounds. The Mitchell Theatre currently stands there. Articles ammended to show this.
