From Glasgow
Welcome to the open guide to Glasgow. We encourage all our visitors to contribute to the guide, almost every page you see can be changed and added to by clicking on the Edit button at the top of the page.
The open guide is dedicated to providing accurate and unbiased information. If you are creating or editing an entry, please try to keep strictly to facts and not to voice opinions in the main body of the article.
This is an open community and we encourage interaction and exchange of all sorts. You'll notice each page has a Discussion tab as well as an Edit tab. If you have an opinion you'd like to express, an experience to retell or if you'd like to give a review (good or bad) please use the Discussion tab and enter it there.
Although we reserve the right to (and encourage others to help) ensure main articles are kept free of biased or misleading information. We will do our best to ensure nothing in the discussion sections are censored or restricted. Of course, note that users of all ages and mindsets may visit these pages so please bear that in mind when entering your comments.
Creating a new article
Type the article name into the search box on the left and hit Search. This is a good way to check the article isn't already in the database (under a differently spelled entry, for example). If you don't see it already listed click on the red link create an article with this title (or alternatively choose the link put a request up for it which will add it to a todo list others can work through).
