Short, half pedestrianised street with elevated walled garden areas and six wooden benches. Connects Kent Road and St. Vincent Street, perpendicular to Dorset Street. The street is residential but hosts The Avalon Bar on it's Kent Road corner, The Avalon Grocer on the Dorset Street corner and opens on to the entrance of the Mitchell Library on Kent Road. Northgate Court faces onto the pedestrianized part of Cleveland Street.
