If you wanted to be stabbed this is the pub to go to! It's a cross between barlinnie and care in the community day out! Just visit on giro day if you want true entertainment! Feel free to take in your own food and drink everyone else does. As for the regulars who hang around that bar day in day out I certainly wouldn't want that kind of clientele in my bar

The place is absolute shambles!! The urinals don't flush therefore makes the place really smell. Nothing but an old mans drinking den were you get cheap booze that tastes awful!! Bar staff are very unfriendly and can be very impatient when the bar is busy. Bar staff being hurled abuse at who I can only guess would be regulars. One women or I think was a women hurling abuse and walking behind the bar like she owned the place. One thing I do know is I most definetily won't be back in there again!!

All I am going to say is - are the people in this place being serious! Never in my life have I spent time with so many half wits in one place customers shouting abuse at the bar staff then going behind the bar and pouring there own drinks. It is clear here that they are all regulars who go here every week. The bar staff were rushed off there feet but they continued to serve regulars ahead of people in the queue! The place was filthy, it was stinking and the drinks were cheap brand alcohol that was undrinkable didn't even finish my drink. Agree with the comments below re care in the community

Went in to this pub yesterday. What a dump. The vodkas tasted terrible and the girls behind the bar kept going to serve regulars they knew ahead of other people who had been waiting longer. As for the folk in there, I genuinely thought it was maybe some Care In The Community day out and they had been bussed in for a trip. There was one woman (at least we think it was a woman) in a man's suit and short gray hair shouting at everyone and wandering behind the bar pouring her own pints. Total nutcase and the smell of some folk was disgusting. A real dive.

That's a total and utter lie ^^ I drink in the bar regularly and have never seen anyone other than members of staff pour drinks. I also drink the house vodka (glens) which is the same glens Iv drank anywhere else. Get off yer high horse. You sound like u work for a rival struging bar doing what you can to slate this place to gain custom in yer own dive. It's a great bar!!

Joe your probably one of the care in the community members there and no I don't work for a rival bar I just prefer to drink somewhere where the clientele is a bit more upmarket. Stumbled upon this place by accident as my hairdressers is upstairs never again! Oh and your language is a delight just a proper example of what I'd expect from there

This comment must either be a joke comment or a rival pub owner pretending to be a regular. Why on earth would I want to go to a pub where the regulars think it's okay to talk about others like this. The owner must be really proud of you.

Bought a wowcher voucher for 2course plus sharing platter. Felt like the minute we walked in we were annoying the staff, when i said i had reserved a table the girl behind the bar sighed heavily and reluctantly fetched our menus. they said it was a michael buble tribute act but there was a man dressed as Amy Winehouse (i think) "singing"... not good! we were seated in a tightly crowded corner and told to pick a main course. The sharing platter was brought out and it was vile, stone cold, burnt and no flavour. The smell of the establishment was a strong overbearing smell of BO which made it impossible to feel hungry or eat. Cocktail bar? No, i would class it as an upscale social club for an older generation. Total waste of cash. wouldnt recommend to anyone!!

I can't believe people are slating this place, i come on here to slaughter another place nearby but had to say something after seeing comments so here's my thoughts We were in 3 saturdays ago fir a works night out and had reserved tables beforehand. when we got there we were greeted and shown to our tables, then we had pizzas and platters brought up as well as the drinks packages we had ordered. We found all the staff to be friendly and very helpful and hospitable including the dj who played all our requests and helped us enjoy the night even more. Iv never been in during the day but i know most bars have their weekday regulars and that's what keeps them going. We'll defo be back soon.

Was in this bar on Easter weekend and found it great. Every age group was there probably because they are not robbing you with high prices like every other bar did. Left and went to another club paid £15 to get in and was sold fake jack Daniels for £3.50. Went back to bajo stayed all night. Had a ball for free entry. Much cheaper drinks. And the real brands. I'll be back.

Just had to write something after reading these comments. I went into this bar for food and found all staff very helpful and nice. I'd been in before and it certainly has been totally revamped. Food was good but it's not a restaurant it's a bar that sells good food hence probably why there was people in there drinking. Don't really think their age bothered me . I thought wowcher deal was amazing value for money.

Dreadful place, full of dreadfull people and that was only the bar staff! I did not appreciated sitting at a table which had a sticker on it saying i had to vacate at a certain time because another party would be in. ok for me to spend my money up until that time but then i have to find another seat or leave, this is not a restaurant! it was billed as an amy winehouse and michael buble tribute. it was a karaoke. there were some good singers but these places are all the same as is the crowd that visits them they alll know one another and what they will sing. the place stank of food the tables were dirty as was the whole pub no this place was just awful and some of the punters looked as though they had come straight from prison and that was just the women. never again!!!

This establishment is an absolute disgrace. We went here as we had purchased a voucher on Wowcher - a sharing platter, 2 mains and 2 glasses of wine or soft drinks. Sounds good, looks good from the pictures but little did we know this place is an absolute hole! Before we had even booked the meal, we had ran into an issue - the number on the voucher is incorrect but this is the same number that is posted everywhere on the internet even their facebook page. This was indeed a sign of things to come. I finally found a MOBILE number which i called and there was no answer. Later on that night i received a called from an unknown number, it was the bar returning my call, or should i say what sounded like a 14 year old ned that had eaten too many sweets. We arrived at the restaurant/bar/hole and were greeted by the "gentleman" i spoken to on the phone. He appeared nice enough until he opened his mouth, i have never in my life felt so ripped off. I told him we had made a booking to which he replied - find a seat, and when you've decided what you're having come and tell me. A bit taken aback by this we found a seat and then realised we did not have a menu which i assumed would be on the table as he had not given us one. I always already unhappy at this point and to have to ask for a menu made it worse. Before i had even sat down i was rushed upon by the "waitress?" asking me if i wanted a drink, i hadn't even taken my jacket off. We were given cutlery for our starters which consisted one fork which were mismatched. We had the Sharing Platter for starter which sounded great - Hand cut chips, Thai prawn skewers, chicken skewers, goujons, nachos, onion rings and garlic bread. It wasn't. For a start we did not even get garlic bread. Nachos imply that they look like doritos served with sour cream and salsa - not that case - they were like greasey poppadoms with no salsa or sour cream. The onion rings were ok but very greasey, hand cut chips were soggy, the goujons well there was two of them, chicken skewers - i beg to differ - an over cooked, dry, tough piece of chicken mutilated by a tooth pick. Thai prawns - questionable prawns but nothing thai about them. There was for some reason chicken wings on our platter but i'm guessing that was to make up for the lack of garlic bread - they shouldn't have bothered - there were burnt black and dry. After eating barely any of the platter we moved onto our mains which little hope of anything better - we picked the fish and chips each as we thought this was a safe option - couldn't have been more wrong. The batter was too think causing the fish to be mushy and the batter soggy on the inside and greasey on the out. The chips....well the same ones from the platter. We actually did not finish our mains and ended up walking out. The bar is not newly furbished if it has been then they should asked for their money back - the wallpaper was peeling off the pillars, there was tvs behind the dining area which ofcourse if what everyon
